Light, delicate, and buttery, our scones are studded with fruits and nuts for a substantial breakfast with coffee or tea.
Current varieties include Blueberry, Raspberry Hazelnut, and Cranberry Orange.
Bars, Cookies, and Eclairs
We make a variety of bars through the seasons such as Fruit Bars with house-made preserves, Brownies, Granola Bars, Pumpkin Chocolate Bars, and Bourbon Pecan.
Our cookies are currently Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal, Just Coffee Chocolate chip, and Molasses.
We also make a classic Eclair with pastry cream and ganache glaze.
Viennoiserie are yeast leavened breakfast pastries. We laminate all of our Viennoiserie with premium Wisconsin butter and enrich our doughs with local eggs and Sassy Cow Milk.
