We are baking a new bread this morning based on something I had in Paris a couple weeks ago. Here is a photo I shot this morning.
Pain aux Cereales is a naturally leavened grain bread. Ours includes organic rye, millet, poppy seed, and cornmeal. The wheat, corn, and rye are all grown and milled in Wisconsin. The crumb is incredibly moist and tender and studded with grains and seed. My suggestion, butter! Enjoy
