We are getting very excited to see our outdoor seating/patio project come to fruition by the end of the month.  Our staff is being trained next week on the delicious selection of Midwestern Brews and not-so-local, yet fantastic wines.

Meanwhile, Chef Molly is busy preparing our new afternoon offerings which will pair nicely – to include charcuterie, cheese boards, etc. Here is a sneak peak as Molly is butchering ducks to ready the Confit.  We can hardly wait  Stay tuned – we are excited for the rest of the summer!

We have loads of Gateau Basque – lemon, mixed berry, door county cherry, chocolate cherry…. and the Daily Bread is Fig Millet.

Our quiche is Provolone, Beef and Roasted Red Pepper.  Our Strata is Fontina, Asparagus, Kalamata Olive and Sun Dried Tomato. Our Soup is Creamy Potato and Sausage and our Gazpacho is Catalan.

Quiche today is Spinach, Provolone, Roasted Red Pepper and Beef.  Strata is Mushroom, Arugula and Crema Casa.  Our hot sup is Stinging Nettle and Green Garlic (vegetarian) and Gazpacho is Cordobes (also vegetarian).  Our breads today – ( going quickly)  Seed and Grain, Caraway Rye and Cracked Rye.

Gateau Basque includes Door County Cherry, Rhubarb and Lemon Curd.  We also have Chocolate Eclairs, Rhubarb Peach Fruit Bars and all kinds of other nummy items in our pastry case!  Come on in!

Today we have Walnut Sourdough, Lonesome Stone Organic Miche as specials – along with the standard fare of white, wheat, country hearth loaves as well as rustic and sourdough baguettes.

Our quiche today is Asparagus, Mushroom, Arugula and Brie and our Strata is Ham and Sarvechio. Our hot soup Creamy Ham and Lentil and a Catalan Gazpacho.
