This hands-on class will cover cultivating a sourdough starter, mixing your leaven, basic bread shaping techniques, and baking in your home oven.

-Will there be food?
We will provide dinner, beverages, and (of course) bread! Drinks will also be provided- it’s more fun to cook with a glass of wine!
-What should I bring/wear?
This is a hands on class. Please wear comfortable shoes, and clothes that you don’t mind getting a little flour on.
We will provide aprons to wear, and any tools you need in class.
-How many students will be in my class?
We will have up to 16 students in this group.
-Is this class a demo or hands on?
This is a hands on baking class.
-Age limits?
This is class is aimed at adults, but children between 12-17 are welcome with an adult.

-Where can I park?
There is street parking available, or you can park in our lot, next to Plan B.
-Transferring tickets or refunds?
-If you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to a friend. You don’t need to let us know, just have your friend tell us who gave them their spot when they arrive.
If you need to cancel and get a refund, this can be done by calling the bakery at 608-442-8009.
We cannot grant refunds if the class is within 7 days.
