Come in from the cold and join us for a warm and relaxed evening of food and drink. A Mid-Winters Feast features a four course prix fixe dinner, featuring delicious winter ingredients from local farmers. Vegetarian or omnivore menu choices are available, with a variety of special cocktails, tax and gratuity included.

-Farmhouse chowder: chicken, bacon, root vegetables and cream topped with sourdough croutons

-Root Vegetable Bisque: rutabaga, turnip, parsnip and cream topped with
greens and fresh pear (V)
Starter
-Charcuterie plate with house made pork terrine, chicken liver pate and Underground Food Collective Sauccion Sec. Served with pickled beets, stone ground mustard and grilled crustini

-Vegetable Terrine and Cheeses: winter vegetable terrine, selection of local cheeses, cranberry-apple chutney and grilled crustini (V)
Entree
-Short Ribs: red wine and cranberry braised short ribs served with a baked root vegetable gratin, and roasted garlic brussel sprouts with toasted hazelnuts

-Roasted Squash Stuffed Shells: baked pasta shells stuffed with roasted squash puree, served with toasted hazelnuts, white truffle dressed greens, and shaved cheese (V)
Dessert
Chocolate-pumpkin cake: Chocolate cake layered with vanilla butter cream and pumpkin cheesecake, enrobed in dark chocolate ganache. Served with bourbon caramel sauce and hazelnut brittle
