Bread Baker - Full Time

This position involves shaping, mixing, baking, scaling, milling, and prep for naturally leavened sourdough breads. Experience is preferable, but we are willing to train the right individual who is eager and passionate to learn. The bread shift is 10 hours, 4 days/week, with start times ranging from 2am to 6am.

Wage: $20 - $22/hour plus tip share

• Applicants should have a basic knowledge of food sanitation and safety, preferably with a foundation in commercial kitchens and/or bakery.

• Applicants must be eager to learn and take instruction well.

• This is a physical job and applicants should be comfortable lifting 50lbs above their waist and 30 pounds to their shoulders.

• Punctuality, reliability, and weekend availability are required.
